Everyone should take the time to take care of themselves. Massage isn't just for the wealthy any more. A one hour massage once a month has lasting long term positive effects on your health and well being. 

I have been doing massage unofficially since I was a teenager. I've always been able to home in on those sore spots on my friends' shoulders and work out the tension I found there. A good friend many years ago suggested I follow that natural ability into a career. I found a local school with hours I could manage and tuition I could afford. I haven't looked back since!

When I am not working, I spend my time with my three children. They are the primary reason I chose massage as a career. I can work just part-time and spend the rest of my time with my kids. I love to cook, bake, read, and craft.
